Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OneStrip website and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from this store. Our products are intended for adults.

2. Products and health information

OneStrip products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Information on this site, including our Science page, is for educational purposes only and is not medical advice.

Consult a healthcare professional before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Always follow the directions and warnings on the product label. Some products contain caffeine or melatonin; do not exceed the recommended amount, and do not drive or operate machinery after taking products that may cause drowsiness. Keep out of reach of children.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, modify or discontinue products, and limit quantities at any time. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain pricing errors. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll issue a full refund.

4. Product descriptions

We try to describe our products and display ingredient amounts as accurately as possible. Colors and images may vary slightly by screen. If a product isn't as described, your remedy is set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to OneStrip or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your honest opinion, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use it in connection with our store. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it by automated means without permission, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party websites, such as published research. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. Individual results vary, and we don't guarantee any specific result from using our products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneStrip is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the consumer protection laws of your place of residence require otherwise.
